Check for water slide is necessary in water park

When the water park close or in operation, it’s necessary to check the water slide in the water parks in different times to make sure the safety for water park equipment. And the check tips for water slide can be listed as following:

The monthly check of the water slide should include:

(1)    Whether there is barrier in the sliding line of the slide.

(2)    Whether there is crack, fragment or bubble on the sliding surface of the slide.

(3)    Whether the joint contraction of interface is coarse or cracked.

(4)    Whether the joint of connecting flange shows the sign of inverted boss and the straight-forward jump is over 2mm.

(5)    Whether water leakage occurs at the joint of connecting flange.

(6)    Whether the guard plate at the spiral section become loose.

(7)    Whether there is any violent shake when walking into the slide.

(8)    Whether the flanged seam is split.

(9)    Whether the welding joint of platform handrails shows the sign of crack and corrosion and all bolts become loose.

(10)  Whether the bolts connecting slide with its chute become loose.

(11)  Whether the bolts connecting slide with bracket become loose.

(12)  Whether the bolts connecting steel structure become loose.

(13)  Whether the skidproof surfaces of starting platform, stairs and walking passageway fail.

The annual check of the water slide should include:
